Liddell power station goes green with solar technology

MACQUARIE Generation has replaced all turbines at Liddell with new solar technology reducing the Upper Hunter power station’s greenhouse gas emissions.
 

Macquarie Generation says it has spent $100 million refurbishing the state’s third largest electricity generator.
 

Macquarie Generation claims the solar facilities will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 750,000 tonnes a year and improve the plant’s efficiency by seven percent.

  • Utilities need to provide us home gas generators we could all be off the grid few hours a week few day a month "hows that for reducing green house" trouble is no one knows about them they are availabe now and aforable!!! naturalgaspower.com
